By installing or using the Solana cbBTC mobile application (“the app”, “Solana cbBTC”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Information shown in the app — including swap quotes, price impact, route details, balances, and market cap claims in marketing copy — is provided for convenience only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Token prices and Bitcoin-pegged token mechanisms (including cbBTC’s redemption model) are governed entirely by third-party issuers (Coinbase, Solana Labs, etc.), not by the app or its developers.

The app’s source code is released under the MIT License. You may inspect, fork, modify, and redistribute it under the terms of that license.

Third-party trademarks (Solana, Solana Mobile, Seeker, Coinbase, cbBTC, Jupiter, etc.) are property of their respective owners. The app’s use of these names is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

9. Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be reflected in a new release of the app and published in the open-source repository. The “Effective date” at the top will be updated. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the app or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.
